Whether you’re a prospective/incoming/current student or a complete stranger, we’re glad you’re interested in us!

You probably have a few questions…

What is Ultimate Frisbee?

This video does a great job of explaining the basics of the game, but we strongly encourage coming out to one of our practices to experience the thrill of it!

When and where is practice?

We have 2 practices a week! Tuesdays from 10pm - midnight and Thursdays from 8pm - 10 pm on Allyson Felix Track and Field (formerly known as Cromwell).

What do I bring to practice?

Plenty of water, a light and dark shirt and shoes you’re comfortable running in! Cleats are recommended if you have them, but not necessary.

What is the level of time commitment?

Regular practice attendance is expected, but we also understand that life as a student can be busy and unpredictable. Additionally, we often travel for weekend trips to play against other schools/clubs. We'll usually leave on Friday afternoons and return Sunday evenings. We also host social events that are entirely optional but highly encouraged for team bonding and camaraderie.

Is ultimate co-ed?

Men and women compete in separate divisions at the college level. But at the beginning of every year, we merge with our men’s teams to host Intramural Ultimate Frisbee at USC.

What is Intramural (IM) Ultimate Frisbee?

IMs are a fun and co-ed activity hosted by both the men's and women's ultimate teams. Taking place twice a week for the first three weeks of school, the main goal is to meet new friends, have a good time, and learn about ultimate frisbee!

No prior experience is required and players will only compete against other USC students. So if you're looking for a fun and inclusive way to learn about this exciting sport, sign up for Intramural Ultimate Frisbee! (Interest form link coming soon)
